I rarely shoot landscapes or stills...I'm almost exclusively people. But last weekend Kelly talked me into dropping by Art in the Park, a small art festival here in my town. The park is adjacent to the Harpeth River, so I popped down the bank and took a couple of shots I thought I would share...

Some rare shots...
A breather...I have been extremely busy, but wanted to pop in and let you know I'm still here!

I'm not a Catholic, but I just had to share this very moving video on CatholicVote.com. It doesn't really matter if you are a Catholic or not--the message is still the same.

As I Promised...
I promised to share some of my husbands photographs from Hungary. As some of you already know, my husband spent almost two weeks in Hungary recently, building homes with Habitat for Humanity. This was his third international build. He has previously done builds in Bulgaria and the Dominican Republic.
These first image is of the team that worked on this trip, and of the home they are building. This home is designed for three families. The team worked on the roof, the concrete steps and stoops, and the exterior walls.
The rest of the images are just from around Budapest and Szarvas. Szarvas is the town near the Romanian border where the project is located.

Yum!
Just wanted to share with you all this wonderful, smooth, oaky wine my darling hubby brought back from Hungary. You may recall he spent nearly two weeks there, in a town called Szarvas, building homes with Habitat for Humanity. (I'll share some of his photos soon.) he brought back several bottles of wine and some Hungarian Paprika, which is just the best Paprika in the world. So tonight, we opened this bottle of Chardonnay to enjoy with our citrus scented Halibut. Yum. Cheers!
