Just wanted to share with you all this wonderful, smooth, oaky wine my darling hubby brought back from Hungary. You may recall he spent nearly two weeks there, in a town called Szarvas, building homes with Habitat for Humanity. (I'll share some of his photos soon.) he brought back several bottles of wine and some Hungarian Paprika, which is just the best Paprika in the world. So tonight, we opened this bottle of Chardonnay to enjoy with our citrus scented Halibut. Yum. Cheers!

wow that looks so good! what is the sauce on your fish. I have some Halibut in the freezer and I was thinking of making it week and I need ideas.
